Everybody Leads: Direct Leadership Skills
Development is a one or multi-day seminar that teaches participants
the skills of direct leadership. t is a comprehensive introductory
course designed to expose young emerging leaders to the various
aspects of effective leadership, while enabling them to experience
and practice leadership skills in a fun environment.

Simulations
The LEADINGSCHOOL approach emphasizes activities and practical hands-on experience.
During this workshop, each participant assumes the role of a leader in at
least one session from the selected simulations (additional types of simulations

Motorworks
Learn leadership by guiding a development team in competition with other teams
through the design, construction, testing, and evaluation of a working scale
model of a car. More information.
ELITE
Learn leadership by guiding a special operations team in force-on-force competition
with other teams in a live or virtual environment through a variety of unique
and challenging missions. More information.
Project Give Back
Learn leadership by guiding a team through the planning and implementation
of a project for a community or charitable organization. More information.
