Oak Park, IL 13 November 2006 LEADINGSCHOOL LLC and Northern Illinois University (NIU) Outreach are collaborating to deliver adult leadership development. As part of the relationship, NIU Outreach will integrate LEADINGSCHOOL's programs into their non-credit open enrollment and certificate offerings. In addition, LEADINGSCHOOL and NIU Outreach will undertake joint business development and program delivery for in-house training to organizations seeking comprehensive leadership development solutions for their workforce.

The program offering will consist of an eight module curriculum covering essential leadership skills with a 4 to 6 month reinforcement component. It will heavily leverage activity and simulation to give participants a transformational leadership experience. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) will be offered as part of this program when applicable. The topics for the training will include:

• After Action Review (AAR)
• Influencing & Motivating
• Personality Types
• Leadership Styles
• The Active Follower
