Oak Park, IL Aug 29, 2006 The Illinois Nurses Association (INA) has selected LEADINGSCHOOL LLC to provide leadership training to its membership base of over 6,000 nurses. The training will take place statewide and will instruct nurses in the basic leadership skills.

Initial training will take place as pilot progams in early October and November, after which, LEADINGSCHOOL LLC will offer the program as a regular part the INA's professional services offerings. This offering will include a continuing education credit component. The course itself will consist of eight modules that provide a comprehensive experience for the participants. The topics will include:

• BE-KNOW-DO Leadership Principles
• Goal Setting
• Planning
• Problem Solving
• After Action Review (AAR)
• Influencing & Motivating
• Personality Types
• Leadership Styles
• The Active Follower
