Leadership Communication: Effectiveness Through Clarity

Leadership Communications: Effectiveness Through Clarity is a half-day class that teaches participants how to both arrange their thoughts into a coherent and concise product and effectively communicate goals, objectives and guidance to their team.

The course consists of instructor-introduced concepts followed practical application exercises where each participant will assume the role of leader brief their team on goals, objectives and process to apply those concepts.

This course is ideal for future managers and managers at all levels who are leading their team through direct interaction, and who are interested in increasing the effectiveness of their communication skills and capabilities.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Arrange their thoughts and guidance into an easily communicable product
  • How to understand how their communication and delivery technique will be perceived from their team
  • How to eliminate ambiguity from their communication and guidance
  • Clearly articulate their expectations to their team members
