Development is a one or multi-day seminar that teaches participants
the skills of direct leadership. It is a comprehensive introductory
course designed to expose emerging leaders to the LEADINGSCHOOL Leadership
Model of BE, KNOW, DO and
the supporting skills required to practice effective leadership.

Simulations
The LEADINGSCHOOL approach emphasizes activities and practical
hands-on experience. During this workshop, each participant
assumes the role of a leader in at least one session from

Motorworks
Learn leadership by guiding a development team in competition
with other teams through the design, construction, testing,
and evaluation of a working scale model of a car. More information.
ELITE
Learn leadership by guiding a special operations team in
force-on-force competition with other teams in a live or
virtual environment through a variety of unique and challenging

Project Give Back
Learn leadership by guiding a team through the planning
and implementation of a project for a community or charitable
organization. More information.
