Direct Leadership Skills Development

Everybody Leads: Direct Leadership Skills Development is a one or multi-day seminar that teaches participants the skills of direct leadership. It is a comprehensive introductory course designed to expose emerging leaders to the LEADINGSCHOOL Leadership Model of BE, KNOW, DO and the supporting skills required to practice effective leadership.

Participants will examine theory and experience practical application of the following topics:

  • Goal Setting

  • After Action Review (AAR)

  • Leadership Styles
  • The Active Follower

Simulations
The LEADINGSCHOOL approach emphasizes activities and practical hands-on experience. During this workshop, each participant assumes the role of a leader in at least one session from the selected simulations. Read more.
