Methodology
At LEADINGSCHOOL
we believe that:
- For emerging leaders, there
is no substitute for experience
- Instruction for emerging leaders
must center on realistic training that simulates the friction
and challenges that they will meet in everyday life.
- Leaders are accountable for
the success or failure of their organizations and their
training must instill and reinforce accountability.
- Constructive feedback
and assessment are pivotal in growth and development.
We put these beliefs into practice
through:
- Activities - Various activities
conducted throughout the entire program designed to demonstrate
different topics while keeping participants actively involved
by maintaining a high level of interest.
- Simulation - Simulation techniques
enable participants to practice hands-on leadership and
to implement the theoretical materials introduced in class
in a controlled task-oriented environment, simulating
real-life situations.
- After Action Reviews
(AAR) - The AAR is an opportunity for participants to
review their own actions, as well as those of their teammates.
With their instructor, teams discuss actions and outcomes
relating them back to concepts from the classroom to bridge
the theoretical to the applied, thereby, improving future
performance.
