Zvi Kremer, Founder and President

Zvi has been with the company since its establishment. As the company's President he is currently responsible for all on-going business and operations aspects of the venture. He possesses over two decades of practical leadership experience, much of it involved with coaching and training of others both for professional and managerial roles.

Zvi’s first involvement with leadership training was in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force), where he served as a Company Commander at the IDF School for Tank Commanders. In this position he played a key role in planning, preparing and delivering leadership training programs designed to turn soldiers into crew commanders. During six years of service at the IDF, Zvi has led and educated hundreds of soldiers on their journey towards commanding positions.

After completing his military service, Zvi had served in various senior management positions. For the past ten years he was in the security industry, where he held a position of a Security Manager for EL-AL Israeli Airlines and most recently as a Director with ICTS International, a leading company in the aviation security business. In both roles he was heavily involved with developing and delivering training programs for staff and customers.

Zvi earned an MBA with honors (Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society) from Loyola University in Chicago, specializing in Management, International Business and Information Technology, and a BA in Economics and Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. He holds the rank of Major in the IDF.
