Paul J. Kessenich

Mr. Paul J. Kessenich has been in leadership positions in the military, in business, in the community and in his church for 38 years. In military leadership positions, following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as a Platoon Leader and later as a Company Commander. In business, he began in a sales executive position and quickly advanced to Sales Manager, VP Sales and ultimately, President, of a technology software company. In another organization, he opened the Western Region in both a sales, and then a Regional Management, capacity. He has had the responsibility for training new sales people, for developing sales and marketing materials, and for organizing marketing campaigns, following the completion of his Masters in Business Administration from DePaul University.
In his community, he has been a leader in the Village of Hinsdale as a member of its Village Board, as well as a youth leader as a coach and official in baseball and basketball. In his church, he and his wife have been leaders of the Marriage Preparation Program for engaged couples, have led Preparation Programs for youth Confirmations, and Paul has been a spiritual leader in a men’s renewal program. As Paul said, he joined the LEADINGSCHOOL team because “the real goal of a leader should be to develop other leaders within their own organization, community, church or school”.

 

Jonathon "Mitch" Mitchell

Mitch graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He spent four years as an Infantry Officer training and leading groups ranging in size from 35 to over 100.

After leaving the Army, Mitch entered the technology sector, and has spent the last 12 years enjoying an extremely successful and diverse career of decision-making, problem solving positions in highly diverse and competitive organizations at various technical and leadership levels, primarily within the Telecommunication and IT sectors. Mitch has held various operational and technical leadership positions at MCI, MFS Communications, Worldcom, Telcordia, Level 3 Communications, and is currently the Vice President of Operations at Access One, Inc., and is responsible for overseeing the Network Services, Customer Operations, and IT departments.
