Specifically, EE designs and implements academic enrichment programs (AEP), workshops, academic tutoring, and youth development programs. In addition, EE partners with Camp of Dreams, LEADINGSCHOOL, Music Performing Arts, and several Chicagoland schools.

LEADINGSCHOOL and Camp of Dreams have established partnership for joint marketing and delivery of LEADINGSCHOOL's Youth Leadership Program. The joint program has been successfully launched in July 2005 at the Camp of Dreams Summer Camp.
